What exactly do I get for a Standard Delegate pass?
All keynotes, talks, panels and the hands-on workshop, including the minister's speech. Lunch, morning and afternoon tea, networking drinks, a welcome kit, a certificate of attendance with 8 CPD hours and a workshop completion certificate are included.
What makes the VIP Pass worth the difference?
Everything in Standard, plus reserved front-row seating, VIP fast-track check-in, an exclusive VIP welcome pack, valet parking on the day and one certification of choice from Global AI Certification Council on AI Governance. There are 64 VIP seats, and when those 64 are taken, no more are released.
When do early rates end?
Early pricing closes on 21 January 2027. After that all three passes move to full price. The room does not get any bigger, so the earlier tiers tend to go before the deadline does.
Can I combine passes?
Yes. You choose Standard or VIP, and you can choose Live Streaming also.
Can my organisation book a group?
Yes. Group gift tickets: 10% off for a table of 8. Choose 8 Standard or VIP tickets when you book and the discount is applied at checkout.
Can I upgrade my ticket later?
Yes, you can upgrade from Standard to VIP (subject to availability).
Will sessions be recorded?
Yes, all sessions will be recorded, and you'll get full access to the live streaming when you purchase the Live Streaming Pass.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, tickets are transferable if you can no longer attend. Please notify our team at least 7 days before the event so we can update attendee details.
What's the refund or cancellation policy?
Refunds are available up to 30 days before the event. After that, tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred to another person.
I can't attend in person, can I still participate?
Yes. The Live Streaming Pass lets you watch every keynote, talk and panel live, and catch up on the recordings for 30 days after the event.
